A young man was walking along the beach when he came upon a site of thousands upon thousands of starfish washed upon the shoreline. One by one he immediately started throwing them back into the ocean. And soon another man came by and said, "Are you crazy? There must be a million starfish out here. There's no way you can make a difference." And just as the young man threw in another starfish he said, "Well I made certianly made a difference for that one."
